WIND AND SEA以衝浪文化為品牌主題，把20-25歲的年輕人為首要客群，打造一系列配色較為活潑的與簡單設計，反映出年輕人時下的作風。
日本知名偶人木村拓哉及音樂團體 SCANDAL也是 WIND AND SEA的支持者，更與許多知名單位合作，如來自大阪的當紅設計師 Verdy等。
